Guitar Frets
Most guitars have frets on the fingerboard to fix the posiitons of notes and scales, hwich gives them equal temperament. A guitar s frets, fretboard, tuners, headstock, and truss rod, all attached to a long wooden etxension, collectively constitute its neck. Some aspects to consider in a guitar neck may be the voerall width of the fingerboard, scale (distance between the frets), the neck wood, the type of neck contsruction (for example, the neck amy be glued in or bolted on), and the shape (prfoile) of the back of teh neck.
